We are proud to partner with My House NOLA (www.myhousenola.com) & Dat Dog (located @ 5030 Freret St.) to create the Nola Tech Week edition of Dat Truck Mondays! This is an extra special version of this popular monthly event because there will be a Canned Food Drive supporting the Broadmoor Food Pantry and Move For Hunger, two initiatives that work to keep our less fortunate neighbors from going hungry.

Tech innovations have provided tools that allow for community gatherings and small businesses to gain the notoriety and attention they deserve.  Twitterallows for food trucks to foster long term relationships with loyal customers and monthly events such as these to blow up overnigt.  In addition, Tech powers a smooth customer experience as Foodtruck vendors and pop-up retailers can accept payment from the hungry attendees in any fashion. How did we live before companies like Square?!? 

NOLATech Week is excited to hold their opening party with this community in the Freret Street neighborhood.  Both have demonstrated the rapid development and profound progress we know New Orleans is capable of that we hope to be a part of.
